How Idea Bulut Solutions handles the personal data you share with us.

This policy explains what personal data Idea Bulut Solutions collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It is provided in good faith for transparency and is not legal advice.

1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Idea Bulut Solutions SL (“Idea Bulut Solutions”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office in Madrid, Spain. You can reach us about privacy at info@ideabulut.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us:

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the service you’re asking about (optional), your message, and your consent choice and the time it was given.
  • Booking a call: when you book a Discovery Chat or a paid consultation, the booking is handled by Google Calendar Appointments, which collects the details you enter (such as name and email) to schedule the meeting and generate a Google Meet link.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we don’t sell or share your data for marketing.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange any call you request.

  • Contact form: legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give via the form’s consent checkbox, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Bookings: legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to / during an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)) and consent.

4. Where it’s stored and who processes it

Your data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Calendar). We use a small number of processors:

  • Google (Google Workspace, Calendar, Meet) — form storage and booking.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the contact form (no tracking cookies).
  • Stripe — payment processing for paid consultation bookings (handled through Google Calendar Appointments).
  • GitHub Pages — serves this website.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — web analytics to understand how the site is used. GA4 is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner; if you decline, it is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it — unless we are required to keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@ideabulut.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

7. Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly-necessary token to verify you’re not a bot. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets analytics cookies — these load only if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
