Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. We're based in Spain and Turkey, deliver remotely across the EU, take on on-site work in Spain, and work with US clients.

How do the support hours work?

Support is a monthly hours-block retainer (10 / 20 / 40 hours per month). What counts toward hours, response expectations and whether unused hours roll over are confirmed when we scope your plan.

Do you only work with Copado?

No — we're tool-agnostic: Salesforce CLI, GitHub Actions, Copado or Gearset. Copado is one specialism among several, and we adapt to your stack rather than forcing a tool.
